Through years of teaching skiing, I discovered that physical challenges often masked deeper emotional barriers. As students overcame their fears on the mountain, they began carrying that confidence into other areas of their lives. This sparked a revelation: the same principles that helped people conquer mountains could help them overcome life's deeper challenges.
As my children grew more independent, I found myself drawn to understand the psychology behind transformation. That's when I discovered Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT). It was like finding the perfect ski line on fresh powder – everything clicked. Through RTT, I found my year-round calling: helping others break through their mental limitations just as I'd helped them master physical ones on the slopes.
