My Story

I spent the first two decades of my life learning to override my body's signals in the name of performance, and I was good at it. By my teenage years I'd been selected to the USA Hockey Women's National Festival after only four years of playing the sport. At Berkshire School I was a three-sport varsity athlete, MVP of my lacrosse team, and part of a New England championship ice hockey team. I earned a Division I ice hockey scholarship to Northeastern University, moved to Division II ice hockey and lacrosse at Saint Anselm College, where I won an ECAC Women's Open Championship, and finished my college athletic career playing Division I soccer at UMass Amherst.

Sports gave me real things — discipline, resilience, focus, the ability to perform when the pressure was on. But it also taught me how to push through almost anything, and pushing through isn't the same skill as recovering, even though the two can look identical from the outside. I understood recovery physically — ice baths, rest days, sleep, stretching, rehab. What nobody taught me was how to recover from the pressure of performing itself; I didn't know the nervous system needed that same deliberate training and recovery as the rest of my body.

When my athletic career ended, I assumed those patterns would end with it. They didn't — they just changed uniforms. I went into high-pressure professional environments where composure, precision, and split-second decisions mattered: alongside executives, through the specific pressure and rejection of enterprise sales, and in the OR with surgeons working in demanding conditions. Different industries, different rooms, but underneath it all, I kept running into the same pattern — in myself, and in the people around me

High performers get remarkably good at functioning under pressure without ever really learning how to come back down from it. You can look completely composed while your nervous system is still redlining underneath, hit the goal and feel the pull toward the next one before you've let yourself feel the first, and want, consciously and sincerely, to change a pattern, and keep repeating it anyway — because wanting to change something and having the internal wiring to change it are two different things. That's what shifted how I understood performance. I started studying the nervous system, neuroplasticity, subconscious conditioning, hypnosis, movement, and breathwork — the whole relationship between what we consciously want and the deeper patterns steering how we think, feel, and act.

Today, as a Transformational Hypnotist, I help athletes and high-performing professionals build the internal skills to match the external results they've already worked so hard for. I'm not interested in teaching anyone to care less or want less — I'm interested in helping people perform from a different internal state, one with more awareness, more self-trust, more regulation, and a lot more ease than the state that got them here. Because the goal was never just to perform at your highest level. It's to be able to do that without abandoning yourself to get it, and to be able to enjoy your life along the way.

Why Work With Me

I understand high performance from the inside, because I've lived it — the discipline of elite athletics, the pressure of being evaluated constantly, the instinct to keep pushing even when something in you is asking for something else. I've also spent years in professional environments where the stakes and expectations were just as real.

That combination means I'm not approaching this as theory. I help you understand the actual relationship between your subconscious mind, your nervous system, your beliefs, and your behavior, so the change happens from the inside — not from another system of rules to follow.

My approach to Transformational Hypnosis is shaped by everything else I've trained in — nervous-system education, mindset coaching, yoga, meditation, breathwork, and somatic and energy work — even though hypnosis is the work itself, the thing you're doing with me in a session. You don't need to become a different person to change. You need access to more of the person you already are.

What You'll Gain Working Together

Through our hypnosis sessions together, we build an internal foundation that lets you:

  • Perform with greater calm, confidence, focus, and ease

  • Move through pressure without carrying it home with you afterward

  • Recognize and shift the subconscious patterns driving your behavior

  • Build real self-trust and confidence — not the performed kind

  • Recover as intentionally as you perform

  • Enjoy loving, lasting relationships and the financial success you deserve

Vision of Client Transformation

Picture a life where your success doesn't come at the expense of everything else — finances in order, relationships thriving, burnout no longer the price you pay for ambition.

Imagine walking into a high-pressure moment feeling grounded and capable, instead of just holding it together.

What if you could trust yourself without needing everything to line up perfectly first?

Picture knowing how to push when it's time to push — and knowing how to recover when it's time to recover.

Imagine accomplishing something real without immediately needing to prove it again.

What if you could be ambitious without living inside a permanent low hum of pressure?

This is what sustainable high performance looks like — not less ambition, not less discipline, just your mind, body, and nervous system finally working together instead of against one another

Your Next Step

If any of this sounds like where you are right now, let's talk. Book a complimentary Discovery Call, and we'll talk through what you're experiencing, what you'd like to build instead, and whether this is the right fit.

It's a relaxed conversation — no pressure, no obligation. Just a chance to explore what's possible once you stop asking yourself to push harder and start learning how to work with yourself instead.
