My Rock Bottom Wasn’t Failure—It Was the Wake-Up Call That Changed Everything
It happened in a high-stakes boardroom in the heart of the entertainment industry. I was a senior executive pitching the expansion of a fitness business I had built from scratch while in a leading corporate role. My palms were sweating. My stomach was in knots. One complex financial question from the CFO left me stomped. At that moment, I just knew the funding was going to be denied. That’s exactly what happened, not just for my group but other channels as well. The business was shut down, and my team and I were let go. To top it off, the company lost a multi-million dollar lawsuit involving a brand I had signed.
This wasn’t just a career ending—it felt like an identity crisis. I had led global content deals, built a fitness channel with over 3 million YouTube subscribers, and launched content on DVD and Amazon subscription. I had worked with the biggest names in wellness and entertainment—Jane Fonda, The Biggest Loser, Dancing with the Stars and more. Now I had to walk away from the business with nothing. I lived my dream life in Los Angeles as a mom, partner, and a four horse owner. Externally, I had it all. Internally, I felt like I had lost myself when the business I had built couldn’t be saved, even when I found other investors.
The Breakthrough That Rebuilt Me—And Became My Life’s Mission
After my division was shut down, I discovered RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) and RTC (Rapid Transformational Coaching). What began as a search for a comeback became the foundation for an entirely new life. Through these tools, I didn’t just heal—I awakened and came back a stronger person than before. I found calm in the chaos, confidence in the unknown, clarity in my purpose, all while knowing I was enough. That work became my calling, and was in alignment with my deepest desire to help others transform both personally and in business. This work was also in alignment with my overall interest in psychology, mindset and transformational techniques.
Today, I help others do the same—and hopefully they never have to hit rock bottom to rise again. And if they do, I am here to facilitate their phenomenal comeback.
