The Fear That Changed Everything
I remember the moment I hit rock bottom. I was lying in bed, drained—not just tired, but empty. I had given everything to everyone else, and there was nothing of me left to give.
And yet, I kept going. Not for me, but for my daughter.
Because in her moment of crisis, fear gripped me in a way I had never experienced before—the fear that she would do something irreversible. That fear paralyzed me. My own pain didn’t matter anymore—my only focus was making sure she stayed safe.
A doctor told me I was depressed, but I couldn’t even process the words. Depression? No. I had a toolkit for everything! I was just tired. Overwhelmed. Running on empty. Holding my breath. I wasn’t living—I was just reacting, doing whatever I had to do to keep her afloat, while I was slowly drowning myself.
I felt true guilt. This severe anxiety she was experiencing felt like it was my fault.
But here’s the thing about rock bottom—it forces you to choose.
And somewhere in the midst of my exhaustion, I made a choice.
I wouldn’t just survive this. I would heal. And I would thrive.
I didn’t know how, but I knew I couldn’t keep carrying the weight of fear, anxiety, and emptiness. So I started seeking answers. I discovered RTT, energy healing, and subconscious transformation. I peeled back the layers of pain and self-abandonment. I learned to breathe again. To trust again. To feel again.
And as I healed, something incredible happened—my daughter did too.
Now, my mission is to help other women who feel trapped, overwhelmed, and disconnected find their way back to themselves.
