It’s been a long and winding journey of finding my way back to myself. And this is now what I offer to you: a guiding hand in your journey of becoming who you came here to be.
Our work together is a reclamation of self. An exploration of who you are beneath the conditioning, labels, and layers, a reconnection to what you truly desire, and a pathway to create a life that is authentic to the core essence of who you are.
Through an intuitive blend of RTT and hypnotherapy, I’m here to help you uncover and transform the beliefs, patterns, and emotional imprints that have shaped how you see yourself and move through the world. With a background as a midwife and fertility nurse, I hold a deep passion for supporting women on the journey to, and through, motherhood. But at the same time, my work extends far beyond any single life chapter. This is a journey of coming home to yourself.
