My Story: Breaking Down to Break Open
I’m Danelle Land. For years, I wore the mask of strength. Behind it lived a parent carrying trauma, grief, and shame from a life that looked nothing like what I truly desired. I married young, lost my mother while still learning to live, and walked through the chaos of addiction, betrayal, and emotional collapse. I tried to numb it all—through control, through alcohol, through perfectionism.
But grief doesn’t stay buried. It shows up in the body, in relationships, in cycles we can’t seem to break.
My turning point wasn’t graceful. It was raw. It was necessary. I had to lose the version of me I was performing to finally meet the person I was here to become.
That journey led me to build a new foundation from the inside out—rooted in subconscious healing, nervous system regulation, and emotional truth. And today, I help other parents do the same.
